I had some trouble finding the link to my blog. I’ve never done this from home, but home is where the computer is now.
Well, I’ve finished work, been on my first cycle tour over Christmas, badly underestimated my first job and am now trying to get myself seriously organised. Budget, cash flow projections (how long can I last with no income?), business plan.
I’m also now avoiding putting together a job application. I wanted two days a week work, just to pay my basic stuff and leaving me three days to work on my own. Yesterday the perfect job landed in my inbox. Nice when these things find you - I must be on this organisation’s mailing list because I’ve corresponded with them before.
I emailed back to ask if the two days were two whole days or the equivalent of two days spread over a week, because the job is in Melbourne. They’re flexible I was told. OK - here we go.
Then it’s back to the business plan
