  thanks for the responses. they are very helpful.
  i wasn’t sure at first if i was overreacting, but now i feel quite angry.
  i’ve made an appointment with the director for monday morning (Twinkle is at home with E every second Friday so we have a bit of time to formulate how we’re going to approach this).
